El Parlament del Cercle Ciutadà és el first Parliament of this type en el món que és col·laboratiu i proposa una filosofia central de resolució de conflictes, filosofia pacífica centrada en la creativitat, processos de pensament integrats en un entorn divertit positiu.
El Parlament del Cercle Ciutadà és collaborative and cooperative, there is no opposition party. Its core belief is to solve problems through creative collaboration and compassionate communication. A holistic we/us rather than antagonistic we/them paradigm. Se centrarà en els problemes de la comunitat local que afecten directament els ciutadans i la comunitat en què viuen. Els ciutadans aprendran a mirar tots els aspectes dels problemes que preocupen a la seva comunitat i exploraran solucions creatives. Aprendran a fer-se ciutadans, to connect with others and participate in the democratic process.

El Parlament del Cercle Ciutadà és important a Cercle divertit Parlament i centrat en la persona. The symbol of the Circle Parliament will be Peacefull. Peacefull symbolizes virtues such as: compassion, non-judgement, fairness, unconditional love, trying new things and a sense of humour.
