O Parlamento do Círculo Cidadán é o first Parliament of this type no mundo que é colaborativo e propón unha filosofía central de resolución de conflitos, filosofía pacífica centrada na creativa, procesos de pensamento integrados nun ambiente divertido e positivo.

O Parlamento do Círculo Cidadán é collaborative and cooperative, there is no opposition party. Its core belief is to solve problems through creative collaboration and compassionate communication. A holistic we/us rather than antagonistic we/them paradigm. Centrarase nos problemas da comunidade local que afectan directamente aos cidadáns e á comunidade na que viven. Os cidadáns aprenderán a analizar todos os aspectos dos problemas que preocupan na súa comunidade e explorar solucións creativas. Aprenderán a facerse cidadáns, to connect with others and participate in the democratic process.
