To Whom It May Concern

After recommendation from the Religious Education team at Toowoomba Catholic Education, it was decided that we would invite Susan Carew to our school to work with our students and staff. Susan is a Rotary Peace Scholar and World Peace Sustainability clown.

During her visit, Susan conducted workshops with our students from years 4 – 7. The workshops looked at conflict- resolution, bullying and building healthy peaceful relationships. The children thoroughly enjoyed the workshops and the teachers found the workshops age appropriate and worthwhile, as well as enjoyable. Susan also spoke to our whole school about the experiences of her life and what it means to be a World Peace Sustainability Clown.

Susan conducted a workshop with our staff on the theme of ‘Harmony’ and positive relationship building. Our staff found this to be a very positive experience, with the only complaint being that we didn’t have enough time to fully explore some of the topics.

Susan’s unique programs were fun and brought insight into becoming peaceful and happy individuals.

We would highly recommend Susan as a visitor to your school.
