Peru: Lima
The population of Peru is 29,164,883 and Lima is the capital with a population of 9 million. I found the people very friendly but living in poor conditions. The house I stayed in had limited water available and a water system that regulated hot and cold at the tap. The family i stayed with lived together and they were very kind to me. They provided me with breakfast everyday and dinner. My couch surfing host was Enzo. I tried to give them some money on leaving but they quietly returned it to me. Very generous people.
